Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe yet firm bananas sliced into 1/8-inch-thick round
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for flavor
  • 1 ts lemon juice to prevent browning

Instructions
 

Peel and Slice the Bananas

    Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) for even cooking.

      Coat the Banana Slices

        Toss the banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.

          Lightly coat the banana slices with olive oil, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

            Preheat the Air Fryer

              Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 2-3 minutes.

                Air Fry the Banana Chips

                  Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

                    Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through for even crispness.

                      Cool and Serve

                        Remove the banana chips from the air fryer and place them on a wire rack to cool.

                          As they cool, they will become even crispier. Enjoy!
