  • 1 Mixing Bowl For mixing ingredients
  • 1 Spatula or Tongs For flipping patties
  • 1 Air Fryer for crispy edges
  • 1 Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef preferably 80/20 blend
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Prepare the Patties:
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into oval patties.
  • 2️⃣ Cook the Patties:
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • 3️⃣ Prepare the Gravy:
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute, then gradually add beef broth and ketchup. Stir until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4️⃣ Combine and Simmer:
  • Return the patties to the skillet, spoon the gravy over them, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5️⃣ Serve:
  • Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
